Requirements : B.E. in computer science or equivalent. 2 + years of product engineering experience in object-oriented environment, preferably C#. SQL database experience.

Customer Relations Co-ordinators

We are looking for individual with a demonstrated track record in telemarketing sales to small & medium size businesses. You will need initiative, creativity and persistence.
The ideal candidate will SELL to Flash users & prospects. Based on your learning from customer's objections, you will also critique, consult and recommend improvements to senior management with respect to Flash applications and sales practices.

Requirements : 2+ years successful sales and customer service experience, preferably in the small & medium marketplace. Basic understanding of accounting. Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and writing skills.

Support Specialists

You will be responsible for quickly and accurately identifying and resolving issues, problems and functional questions posed by the end-users, accountants and partners. Additionally, you will assist in solving problems not previously documented with minimum assistance. Utilising support tools & systems with high degree of efficiency is critical. Managing each interaction with end-users to maximise customer satisfaction is a must.

Requirements : Experience in customer service and accounting required.

Technical writer

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing user documentatioin of continually eveolving features. This includes learning independently and working against deadlines, while still cooperating and communicating with developers, product managers, designers, and other writers on your team.

Requirements : Bachelors degree and two years of editorial experience, or equivalent. Superior writing and editing skills. Any of the following are an advantage : accounting knowledge; familiarity with web technology; experience with e-commerce applications; skill in HTML coding; experience in using Dreamweaver, Fireworks, or FrameMaker.
